A few people in the office could not consolidate credit cards on the intranet. We tried several different fixes, but it was the antivirus causing the issues.
- Restarting the PC, clearing the cache, and a hard reload didn't fix the issues
- Alicia and I looked to see if there was a network issue, but everything was working properly and showing 200's
- Over the weekend I unplugged Kristin's workstation and moved it to Alicia's office, somehow that allowed the intranet to work properly, but it wasn't a permanent fix
- Chris and I ran a new network cable to Kristin's office, thinking it had to be a bad connection somewhere, but that didn't fix the issue either
- Finally we tried uninstalling Vipre (our antivirus) and reinstalling it
That was the solution. Somehow Vipre was blocking the intranet from functioning properly.
